Terms and conditions
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht per ROOM per night incl. breakfast daily
- Rates are inclusive of 7% prevailing government tax
- Check-in: 01:00 PM, Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)
- Complimentary shuttle service from Pai Hotspring Spa Resort to Pai Town is available upon early request
- Extra bed charge is 800 baht per bed incl. Breakfast for extra person.
- Maximum 3 guests per room in which an extra bed is required for 3rd person
- Pet is not allowed in the hotel
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
Children Policies
(For children during 4-12 years of age)
- Maximum 2 children allowed in a same room with parents
- Accommodation fee 400 baht incl. ABF applied for the first child sharing parents' room and bedding.
- Accommodation fee 200 baht incl. ABF applied for the second child sharing parents' room and bedding.
- If bedding required, full rate will be applied.

All our rates are quoted in Thai Baht and to be paid in Thai Baht. The exchange rates we use are the “on-shore” Thai rates as per the Bank of Thailand. We do not use “off-shore” conversion rates in Thailand. Please be aware that there is a difference in these conversion rates. You may pre-check exchange rates from local banks. Please click
Deposit payment Policy
Deposit payment will only be charged after we confirm you the room(s) by return e-mail. Our reply should be sent to you within 2 working days after the reservation form submitted. If you do not receive any response within this period, please let us know by e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation should be done in written notice before the arrival date. Refund should be subject to conditions.
